Otherwise known as ‘hola@micasitabk.org’ DZ is Mi Casita’s enthusiastic Enrollment Specialist. If you’ve reached out to learn more about Mi Casita, you’ve probably met her!

DZ grew up in her mother’s bilingual pre-school in Miami, FL and is no stranger to the ins and outs of early childhood education. She cherises her Peruvian-Brasilian multi-lingual culture and enjoys pouring that energy into her work at Mi Casita. She is proud and honored to have been a part of the Mi Casita team since before it became a physical school, holding many different roles including artista-in-residence, cultural center director, producer, and maestra in order to keep the dream alive!

Outside of Mi Casita DZ is a prolific choreographer-performer and visual artist often creating immersive pieces centered around vulnerability and audience engagement.
