Our “Rainbow Master” Leo was charged with finding any arcoíris made by our rainbow-maker (the prism). Can you see the teeny tiny rainbow he found on the floor between all the black sky colored paint on his hand?

What just happened?
The Being Hormigas Space
The space started with classroom cleared of most of its belongings and every single mat, cushion, rock pillow, yoga bolster, fun-shaped pillow, furry pillows, tunnel, and tent all haphazerdly stuffed into the loft. With no attention to order; everything in a HUGE messy pile, like grains of sand under a miscroscope.
“Amigues.. somos hormigas..” I (Eva) began, “We need to build our colony. ¿Qué va necesitar nuestra colonia?”
Piece by piece, I emptied the loft into their capable ant arms, some pieces so easy to carry, while the weight of others required team work.
While Leo spent the better part of the time making cozy nests for the ant eggs, Sunny looked for homes for each egg, Livneh delivered food through the tunnels to the different caves, while Max prepared the food. “Eva.. ¡Mira Mira!” Claudia tip-toed me over to a structure she had carefully built, “Shhhh, están durmiendo!” She instructed me to duck down low, so that I could see how she had carefully tucked two ant eggs under a soft tunnel for protection. “Yo soy la mamá.”
Isabel led the group in a singalong with a song Wendy brought to us from Maple St:

The Creation Room:
Rafa: “Tyler me fijé que usaste azul y amarillo verde en medio!”
Tyler: “Es el sol.”
Toly: “Voy a hacer sin sol así, Mira Rafa lo hice como Tyler!”
Jude: “I’m making a blue ocean and a blue sky. I mixed gold - yellow con naranja I put some gold in my sky.”
Zoya: “Why doesn’t this fit in this?” (Referring to the watercolor brush and the water color case)
Toly: “Voy a pintar la luna así… Mira Rafa eres tú… Mi papá es así”
Wendy: “¿Que es esto"?”
Tyler said: “That’s a blueberry tree. No puede parar porque son muchos puntos!”
Rafa: “Me acuerdan a estrellas!”
Tyler: “Mira Estrellas!”
Nico said, “They go on a trail like I go in California.
Sunny said, “Then they go to the garden but I am going to Chicago to see 2 friends.”
Jude said, “I put some gold in my sky from a rainbow. There is an ant in my sky it’s a rainbow ant.”
